Seeing that one of the dream intensity modifiers removes all fonts from the map made me regret spending glass on unlocking fonts. Several things I think might make this easier: if there was a distinct icon/picture for each upgrade if the upgrades were grouped into categories if the upgrades were arranged in a grid (so that spatial memory could help with locating them) if more upgrades fit on screen at one time. When daydreaming and meditating, I find it is hard to keep track of all the upgrades, or to find a specific one I'm looking for. These labels seem like they might be leftover from an earlier version? These refer to stage 5 as "Nightmare City - Part 1" and stage 6 as "Nightmare City - Part 2". When daydreaming, some upgrades apply to a different dream stage at each level. I'm also not sure whether this was a bug, or if the text was insufficiently clear, or if I didn't read the text carefully enough because I was on a 5-second time limit (see previous paragraph). I'm not sure if this was because it doesn't count ranged attacks, or if it was because my ranged attacks missed their intended target. I failed a challenge that said something like "don't let more than 5 seconds pass between attacks" for unclear reasons. before entering the room, or while the game is paused.) Especially for ones with short time limits. In challenge rooms, I find it annoying that I can only read the challenge text while time is passing. I think it is fairly confusing that you use the word "lucid" as a term-of-art for three unrelated categories of action: lucid attacks, lucid awakening, and the lucid bar that acts as ammo for ranged weapons. Perhaps there could be a game option to switch between "unclaimed potions are automatically recycled when you descend" and "unclaimed potions are automatically drunk when you descend (up to your max health)"? I find that after a boss fight, I often travel around the map collecting potions. Sometimes, I can see a controller hint at the bottom of the screen saying LB and RB can be used to "switch categories", but nothing seems to happen when I press them. I would like the ability to pause during conversations. In the character stats panel, I can't tell the difference between six and eight in the font you're using.
